Before you pick a scope
No. Most of our work combines several of them under one contract, one schedule and one superintendent. The list exists so you can see what we actually do, not so you can order from a menu.
Because on the jobs we take they are usually one room inside a wider plan. We are a general renovation firm, not a single-room specialist, and we would rather be honest about which of those you need.
Around $25,000. Below that the overhead of a permitted, supervised, insured project stops making sense for you and a good trade contractor is the better route.
