  1. Today or tomorrow. A short call to confirm the scope and book the site visit.
  2. The site visit, about two hours. We photograph the panel, look at the air handler and the duct, screen the slab where flooring is in scope, and walk the whole house.
  3. Inside a week. A written budget band for the scope as described, with the specific things that would push it up or pull it down.
  4. Only then. Design, engineering and a selections schedule, if you want to go ahead.
