We run small crews and one superintendent per job, which only works if the people on site can make decisions. We hire for judgement and we train the rest.
Everyone here is on the payroll. We do not classify field staff as contractors to avoid paying for insurance.
- Paid weekly, with overtime paid properly

Superintendent

One job at a time, walked daily. Trade sequencing, inspection scheduling, client communication and the Friday update.
Tile and flooring installer

Substrate preparation, self-levelling, large-format tile and resilient plank. If you have set a flood test and waited for it, we want to talk.
Selections coordinator

No experience required. Show up, pay attention, be safe. We will teach you the trade and pay for your certifications.

How hiring works
Three conversations, no take-home test
- A phone call. Twenty minutes about what you have built and what you want to build next.
- A site visit. Come and look at a job in progress, meet the superintendent, ask the crew anything.
- A half day on the tools. Paid at your rate. We both find out quickly whether it works.
